    Great route. One of several I did during a short break inspired by LLC. Stayed at Hartington youth hostel – recommended.
    Well worth a detour to Arbor Low stone circle. Much more complete & atmospheric than I expected (was a misty morning)
    Don’t underestimate the descen t(& inevitable climb back up) from Middleton Top & Cromford steeper than I was expecting!
